**Admin Executive**
**Location**: MG Road, Kochi
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the team.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and order management.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations and assist in administrative duties.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments as required.
- Support HR and accounting functions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Any degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of office management software.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
