**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Supplier Coordinator who will be responsible for sourcing of OEM components along with supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.

This position will be based in Chakan, Pune.

**What you will do**:

- Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies for OEM components.
- Drives compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
- Participates in target setting, followup and corrective action
- Ensures correct usage of relevant tools
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner
- Shares good practices and facilitate networking on site

**We believe you have**:

- Full Time Graduation/Post Graduation in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 plus years extensive experience in sourcing of OEM components with proven performance and strong track record
- Strong experience in Supplier Base management in coordination with Global Supplier Managers.
