**Supplier Quality Assurance - Jolly Clamps Pvt. Ltd**

**Location - Vasai West**

**Working days - alternate Saturdays are off**

**working time - 8.30 to 6.00 pm OR 9.00 to 6.30 pm - (flexible hours)**

**Key Responsibilities: Supplier - Vendor Development Engineer**

**1. Supplier Quality Monitoring & Audits**:

- Assist in the execution of supplier QMS and process audits as per the plan.
- Follow up with suppliers for corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.

**2. Process & Quality Improvement**:

- Support the implementation of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and other quality improvernent initiatives.
- Monitor supplier process improvements and adherence to quality standards.

**3. QMS Implementation & Compliance**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with QMS activities at the supplier's end.
- Maintain quality documentation and records for audits and supplier evaluations.

**4. Special Process Knowledge**:

- Welding, plating, Heat Treatment
- Coating and Sheet Metal

**5. Supplier Development & Issue Resolution**:

- Assist in onboarding new vendors and implementing system requirements.
- Work on supplier improvement action plans and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues raised by the Vendor Development team.

**6. Non-Conformance Management**:

- Conduct verification of containment (sorting) actions and corrective actions.
- Validate the causes and resolutions of reported non-conformances.

**7. Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to supplier performance, audits, and improvement activities.
- Support in preparing presentations and data analysis for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
