**Job Summary**:
Creative Carve Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a **Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)**to join our manufacturing team. The Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and components supplied to the organization by effectively managing supplier quality processes. This role involves handling non-conformities, coordinating with suppliers for corrective actions, and monitoring supplier performance through regular evaluations and ratings. The SQA Engineer plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, reducing supplier-related issues, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication with both internal teams and external suppliers.

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the quality of supplied components and materials by managing supplier-related quality activities, resolving non-conformities, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Non-Conformity Management**:

- Communicate reported non-conformities to suppliers.
- Collect and review 8D reports or corrective action plans from suppliers for critical or repeated issues.
- Track closure of supplier non-conformities within defined timelines.
- **Supplier Performance Monitoring**:

- Conduct monthly supplier rating calculations based on defined parameters (quality, delivery, etc.).
- Communicate monthly ratings to respective suppliers and internal teams.
- Identify and act on suppliers with poor quality ratings (e.g., QR below 70%).
- **Corrective Actions & Follow-up**:

- Implement actions for suppliers having critical issues or failing to meet performance thresholds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier improvements.
- Ensure compliance with documentation protocols like QF/QA/28, QF/PUR/04, and QF/PUR/16.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- Keep proper documentation of all actions taken and supplier feedback.
- Update internal systems with status reports and improvement plans.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain updated records of supplier 8D reports, scorecards, and action logs.
- Ensure all supplier QA processes align with internal quality systems and customer standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 3-6 years in supplier quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, CAPA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP).
- Experience in using quality rating and vendor evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with quality standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication (verbal and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
