**Job Title: Merchandiser**

**Location**: Connaught Place, Delhi

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for marble and landscape stone products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the marble and stone industry.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demands.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the marble or stone export industry.
- Proven track record in relationship building and client management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
