**What you’ll be doing.**

At Stats Perform we are looking for a self-motivated Senior Software Engineer, with experience validating, testing, and manage expectations around quality assurance processes, that ensure the overall quality of manufactured products. We are looking for a bright, energetic, and innovative individuals who have created comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure that the finished products have met the client requirements.

**You will be responsible for**
- Define testing strategies to ensure the product being released, is up to industry and company standards
- You will need to create testing plans, including individual testing phases, and ensure the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plans
- You will automate test scripts using Selenium and API tools.
- Ability to use knowledge of computers, cloud, UI’s & DB’s to create and execute clear, comprehensive tests which detect potential programming issues with software solutions
- Reports progress to the software quality supervisor or Lead QA
- Works with different teams to ensure that tests are carried out successfully and maintain the complete Quality Roadmap, with the help of Senior QA Engineers in the team.
- Analyses software test results and recommends a course of action if necessary to ensure that performance standards demanded by the organization are maintained
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced & challenging environment, and ability to deliver in a highly demanding & time-constrained environment
- Should be able to work closely with Architects, Product Owners, and other team members, on a day-to-day basis, within a scaled Agile development environment

**What we need from you**
- 8-10 years of Software Quality Assurance field
- Experience in creating Test strategies for various Tech stacks
- Experience in building testing frameworks, tools, and automation with a large scale enterprise environment using Selenium and API tools
- Experience with Cypress
- Experience using load testing tools e.g. JMeter,
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline e.g. Jenkins
- Experience in building test cases, test case traceability, test plans, product functional workflow, and overall test strategy.
- Understands defect management cycle and build reports/dashboards on defect aging, resolution time, and test coverage
- Knowledge of the complete product development lifecycle.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent Debugging and Problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, understand & contribute to product workflow design & quality benchmarking.
- Ability to lead Test automation initiatives independently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organize tasks efficiently, and perform QA testing function accurately
- Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and test case management systems
- Experience in working in a Scaled Agile development environment.
- Coach developers and other testers on good testing practices and techniques
