MediBuddy provides consultation services for patients of all age groups in several key medical, disciplines such as dermatology, gynaecology, sexology, paediatrics, general medicine, psychiatry,weight management etc. Every user can avail transparent, tech-enabled, round-the-clock and multi-language services. Also, ordering medicines and booking lab tests is only a click away for all our customers

“MediClinic” is our very own OPD services with 300+ clinics across India to support immediate wellness or medical needs of our customers. With the recent pandemic, MediBuddy has been instrumental in helping multiple corporates to get back to workplace with right safety norms.

With focus on Mental wellness, MediBuddy has curated a specific program for mental wellness of their customers to help them deal with any stress in a confidential and appropriate manner.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support in project QA activities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot QA related issues in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that the project is delivered within allotted timelines.
- Review project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing QA processes.
- Develop new testing tools and processes to achieve desired QA goals.
- Implement continuous process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
- Maintain an automated test environment and perform unit, functional and stress testing.
- Oversee a dashboard to schedule and track system tests.
- Analyze test results and perform bug fixing activities.
- Evaluate system performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain QA documentations and generate test reports for management.
- Provide support in design, development and production phases of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure throughout quality of the end-to-end functional process.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in QA/ QA Automation role.
- Experience in automation framework design from scratch is a plus but not mandatory based on experience.
- Experience in programming in a high-level language (Core Java)
- Performing high-class debugging and analysis skills.
- Developing code for quality automation and ensuring extensive unit test coverage of the code
- Strong understanding of generic test automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-driven, Keyword driven) and tools (TestNG, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven, Git, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium).
- Experience in REST web services/REST API Automation testing.
- Excellent analytical and program solving skills, excellent written and oral communication, self-starter, and highly motivated.
- Work in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Experience in SQL server database or MySQL DB.

**Good to have**:

- Experience in shell/bash scripting is a plus
- Previous experience as a developer or exposure to white box testing is desirable.
- Experience in the Performance testing using JMeter and Security domain is an advantage.
