Provide onsite support for client from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that every users encounters
- Servers - Windows and Linux based, both on premises and cloud environment
- Cloud technologies - Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure
- Manage high level Copier machines like Canon, Kyocera etc
- Manage Internet and Point to point connection on site
- Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Create and verify backups of data
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
- Basic knowledge of VPN
- Remote support tool, like Teamviewer, Anydesk etc
- Mac operating system knowledge will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
