**REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Basic knowledge of router configuration, firewall configuration, switch configuration, booting, installation, patch upgrade, understanding of cabling (data and power).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve (Network, VPN) issues and provide troubleshooting to resolve issues raised by clients in ticketing tools.
- Knowledge on OSI Network Model, IP Addresses, Mac Addresses and networking commands.
- Diagnose all Level 1 issues from the customers and drive satisfactory resolution of the issues.
- Monitor ensure network services and internet uptime by using Speed Test, Ping, Tracert.
- Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, and other Networking hardware as a Network data engineer.
- Knowledge of Hardware replacement and Fortigate Firewall.
- Identify network vulnerabilities by testing Network infrastructure security and troubleshooting.
- Configuring and Maintenance of Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Network Protocols.
- Identify website vulnerabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of network devices and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
