Process Trainer

**Job Description**:
JD
- Conduct and periodically review contents of the initial training.
- Ensure the session plan is followed and all topics are covered on a timely basis.
- Ensure regular assessments are conducted with trainees as per process requirement.
- Develop and conduct continuing training courses for existing employees to help prepare them for cross department roles.
- Using trending data from Quality Assurance reports create one-on-one or group trainings to resolve training discrepancies.
- Evaluate client’s training requirements and establish training goals/completion milestones.
- Facilitate and conduct role-playing, test, certification, and remediation for new and existing employees.
- Assist Human Resources and Operations in participating in the selection process of potential new hires.
- Provide assistance in developing cross-departmental training materials and SOPs, as required.
- Manage and evaluate the results/effectiveness of training.
- 1 year of experience as a trainer on papers

Experience Criterion: Overall 3 years and minimum 1.5 year of experience as a trainer (On papers)
