**Job Purpose**

This role is responsible for Ensuring the Network Quality function by optimal and effective use of all the Network Performance, Optimization and Experience to provide superior Voice and Data experience for 2G/4G/5G technology to the customer and resolving field complaints.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (2G/3G/4G/5G/VoLTE) & customer experience
- Provide technical analysis and support to zonal team in all aspects of RAN network to drive performance extraction of KPIs.
- Responsible end to end RAN KPIs of network and customer experience delivery across cluster.
- Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Perform and optimize technology actions to improve performance.
- Network heath check to ensure consistent performance - drive SA alarms/parameter audit/physical optimization.
- Supports new trail/feature/technology to achieve smoothly improve experience by driving Performance monitoring
- Implementation and acceptance testing of new node/features in co-ordination with partners, Central Quality & SNOC/CODE Team.
- Ensure utilization monitoring and timely optimization/deployment of radio network capacity, license capacity, 2G/4G spectrum and Transmission BW upgrade etc
- Ensuring team development and synergy to deliver high performance culture and safety for ~25 Member direct team and ~50+ off role/DT teams
- Deriving insights from Customer complaints analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Use of available tool to derive indepth analysis of customer issue and map with technical parameter and optimize the network for best customer experience.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G/VoLTE) for Nokia and E// Vendors
- Excellent domain knowledge and on
- Radio field optimization experience of 13-15 years minimum
- Hands on experience with tools like Geo location tool, Arieso, TEMS, NEMO, Atoll, TEOCO, Anritsu, MUSA and crowd based analytic tools etc
- Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints
- Should be able to analyze the key issue with depth trouble shooting and 3GPP standard mapping.
- Person should have knowledge on volte and 4G optimization of large network and basic IP network knowledge.
- Person should have basis knowledge of 5G network and interworking with 4G SA/NSA etc.
- People management capability, very good cross functional co-ordination within circle and corporate/
- Experience with Optimization and Multiband tuning with specific LTE equipment of Nokia & E// - Must have vendor specific parameter and feature knowledge
- Define LTE parameter settings including multi-band load balancing, traffic management, ANR, SON, and LTE Scheduler values, with particular focus on LTE Traffic management across multiple LTE bands.
- Analyze data to understand and identify impact of parameter and software feature changes to determine optimal network configurations
- Should have experience to manage large network scale & large direct reporting team experience
- Optimistic for new learning and able to cope with new requirement of network needs

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

B.Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 13 to 15+ years of experience minimum
