**Job summary**

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects will lead and manage residential construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, quality control, and timely delivery. With a blend of office and on-site responsibilities, this role requires strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and hands-on project management.

Key Responsibilities
- **Project Leadership**: Lead multiple residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining phases, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and address any challenges.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee project budgets, including forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost control measures.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring all construction complies with industry regulations and client specifications.
- **Team Development**: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, ArchiCAD

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 20-25 years of experience in project management within the residential real estate sector.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
