**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

The Internal Communications Representative plays a crucial role in supporting internal communication efforts and driving employee engagement across our organization globally. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of effective communication strategies, tailored to our internal channels.
- Design and develop visually appealing and engaging content for key internal communication channel (digital signage displays).
- Customize communication content to suit different audiences and regions, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
- Oversee the administration of communication systems by uploading, updating and managing digital content efficiently.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure communications are timely, relevant and aligned with organizational events and initiatives.
- Translate content to local languages, as required, using existing tools.
- Keep an active database of current and archived communication content, ensuring easy accessibility for future reference.
- Identify opportunities that effectively engage employees and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Create templates that enable a broader group of employees to contribute content.
- Collaborate closely with the broader marketing and communications team to align internal messaging with external branding and communication strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Education or experience in relevant fields, such as communications, marketing or other disciplines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with graphic design software, like Canva, and various communication technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Collaborative spirit and capacity to work effectively within a fast-paced, global team environment.
