**Job Title**: Instagram Video Creator (Intern)

**Location**: Noida, India

**Position Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Abhishek Anand and the content team to develop and execute video content strategies for Instagram.
- Produce, shoot, and edit short-form video content that aligns with the brand's voice and journalistic standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Instagram video content.
- Create compelling visuals and animations to enhance video storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Monitor video performance and engagement metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
- Engage with the audience through comments, stories, and live sessions to build a strong community.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and other team members to create cohesive content campaigns.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in news and journalism to create relevant and timely content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video creator, videographer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on Instagram.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram’s features, algorithms, and best practices for video content.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual details and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with journalists and other content creators.
- Knowledge of current events and a passion for journalism.
- Familiarity with SEO and social media marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
