As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video/image content that captures our brand's essence and engages our audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm ideas, shoot videos on-site, and edit them for optimal performance on Instagram and other social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Conceptualize, script, and shoot engaging video content that aligns with our brand strategy.
- **Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, captions, and music to enhance storytelling.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies for video campaigns.
- **On-Site Filming**: Conduct video shoots at our office, ensuring a professional and creative atmosphere.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in uploading and optimizing video content on Instagram and other social platforms.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor video performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video production and editing, preferably for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar).
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
- Should be fluent in english.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
