**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand’s online presence and engagement.
- Content Creation: Design and create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) for our website and other platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online community to foster positive interactions and build a loyal follower base.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, style, and guidelines.
**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization for each.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
**JOB DETAILS**
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Office Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
