**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain contact lists and office systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a company documents
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors and staff
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage office budget and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Diploma or Any degree
- Languages : Tamil, English, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
