**Job Title**: Real Estate Field Coordinator

**Location**: Hosur and Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Experience**: 3 - 5 years

**Employment Type**: Full-time (Immediate joiners preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact for property management activities in Bangalore and Hosur.
- Visit banks for cheque/cash deposits, withdrawals, and documentation.
- Handle property registration, agreements, and end-to-end documentation process.
- Coordinate with government departments, sub-registrar offices, and police/legal authorities for property-related matters.
- Collect rent, follow up with tenants, and maintain proper records.
- Conduct site visits, monitor property conditions, and coordinate maintenance work as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and systematic filing of property-related papers.
- Support the MD in managing all real estate and site-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate/property management/field operations/admin support.
- **Languages**: Must speak, read, and write **Kannada & Tamil**; proficiency in **English** is required; **Hindi** will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Tally is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (80% field role) using own bike.

**Work Mode**: Field-based (80% travel) + limited office work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
