**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with basic accounting work including voucher entry, maintaining petty cash, and record-keeping.
- Handle cheque deposits and other bank-related errands on a daily basis.
- Coordinate internal documentation, filing, and general office administration.
- Manage and replenish office supplies and assist in office upkeep.
- Support senior staff in various administrative and operational tasks.
- Deliver and collect documents or parcels as required within the city.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or assistant role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and handling financial documents.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license (for daily bank and office-related travel).
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
