**Position Overview**

We are hiring **Operations Trainees** to support the daily functioning of our academy. This role provides **hands-on exposure to internal operations, coordination, and support functions**. Based on performance, trainees may also be considered for a **Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)**.

**Stipend during Probation**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Post-Probation CTC**: ₹3 - 5 LPA

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support and manage internal operations activities
- Assist in training and development coordination
- Provide accounting assistance and support
- Manage and maintain asset inventory
- Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and reporting
- Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Experience**: Freshers or up to 1 year (Operations/Administration preferred)
- **Qualification**: Any graduate (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English; Kannada preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a structured environment and meet deadlines
