**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- You will be part of Quality check(Qc) process wherein you have to audit assigned cases (voice/Video and Medical description
- You have to capture all the errors made by doctors and give feedback and correct it real time.
- You have to ensure all given cases are getting completed with zero error in auditYou have to keep a track of all errors made by doctors
- Should know basic medical terms and medical condition
- Should be flexible with shift timing and ready to extend the support during months.
- Should be familiar with basic of insurance domain operations
- Should be good in south Indian language along with English, Hindi
**Qualification**:Graduate or diploma
**Preferred Years of Experience**: 0 to 6 Months
**Key skills**: Insurance Operation ,Quality check, Basic Communication, Should know south Indian language
**Salary**: From ₹19,000.00 per month
