**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Content Management**:

- **Educational Blog & Social Media Publishing**:
Write and publish informative blog posts, social media updates, polls, and quizzes that align with the brand’s educational goals and improve organic reach through effective keyword usage and trending topics.
- **SEO Optimization & Keyword Strategy**:
Implement on-page SEO best practices such as keyword research, meta descriptions, internal linking, and readability improvements to boost search visibility across airGurukul platforms.
- **Content Quality & Consistency**:
Maintain tone, accuracy, and brand consistency across all articles, blogs, and social media posts, following airGurukul’s editorial and visual standards.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Create and edit graphics and videos for marketing materials and social media content.
- Conduct keyword research and write SEO-friendly blog posts to enhance online visibility.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
- Excellent content writing skills with an understanding of SEO best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Job Mode**: Work from Office

**Job Type**: Full Time (Day Shift)
