Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand visibility in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with digital platforms, creative in approach, and result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage daily lead generation campaigns and ensure quality leads at the best CPL.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM activities to improve ranking and organic traffic.
  • Regularly update website and property listings with new project information.
  • Create engaging social media posts, reels, and creatives to promote projects.
  • Coordinate email marketing & WhatsApp campaigns for customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
  • Assist the sales team with digital support for property promotions.
  • Conduct competitor research to adopt best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 24 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & lead management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop (basic level).
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Good communication and creative thinking ability.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / SEO is an added advantage.
