Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic
Digital Marketing Executive
with hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
. The ideal candidate will also have experience in
client communication
,
organic social media strategy
, and managing cross-channel campaigns. Experience in platforms like
Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads
, and other emerging ad platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
  • Develop and manage
    organic and paid social media strategies
    and content calendars for different clients.
  • Manage
    organic social media posting, community engagement
    , and brand voice consistency across platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication — from campaign briefing to reporting.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to meet ROI and performance targets.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and new advertising features.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest digital strategy improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Strong understanding of
    organic and paid social media platforms
    , audience engagement, and content strategies.
  • Experience in
    client servicing
    and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in
    Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads
    , or
    Twitter/X Ads
    .
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Basic knowledge of
    SEO
    ,
    email marketing
    , and
    influencer collaboration
    strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus.
