**Job description**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Provide First-Level Support**: Handle incoming support requests related to Odoo ERP, addressing issues and resolving them promptly.
- **Odoo Configuration**: Assist in configuring Odoo modules according to user needs and business requirements.
- **Issue Troubleshooting**: Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors reported by end-users.
- **System Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- **User Training**: Conduct training sessions to ensure users understand how to effectively use the software.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with development, functional, and business teams to identify root causes of issues and ensure continuous improvements.
- **Monitor System Performance**: Regularly monitor system performance, optimize workflows, and suggest enhancements for better user experience.
- **Upgrades & Testing**:Assist in system upgrades, module updates, and testing of new features.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical assistance and functional guidance as needed.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system modifications.

**Experience Required**: 1+ Years.
**Job Location**: Surat (Work from Office)

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
