Job Title: Incident Response Analyst/Engineer

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:
Security Awareness and Training:

- Develop, implement, and manage security awareness programs for all employees.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, flyers, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance security knowledge.

Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors related to security and training.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.

IS Finance Management:

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the Information Security department.
- Monitor and report on spending related to security training and vendor services.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives

Who you are:

- 4-5 years of experience in security awareness, training, vendor management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.
- Knowledge of information security best practices and training methodologies is a plus
- .Experience in a corporate environment with a focus on security and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
