**Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)**

**About the Role**:
As SaladO's CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company's strategic vision and driving growth in alignment with our mission and values. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, marketing, technology, and franchise expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company poised for expansion and make a significant impact on the health and wellness industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability, with a particular focus on franchise expansion.

2. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and franchisees.

4. Drive product development and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

5. Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all areas of the business, including franchise operations.

6. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

7. Represent SaladO in the industry and community, acting as a brand ambassador and thought leader.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in the food industry or related sectors, with significant exposure to franchise expansion.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine commitment to SaladO's mission and values.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Experience in scaling and managing a multi-location business, with a focus on franchise expansion.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies, particularly in the context of franchise operations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate to Nashik and work full-time at SaladO headquarters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
