- Responsible to managing client relationships
- Understanding client requirements, providing them with appropriate solutions, keeping a track and follow up with the clients
- Attending client meetings, explaining the products, closing the deals
- Upselling and cross selling to existing customers
- Building relationship with the clients and ensuring client satisfaction
- Building partnerships and network of affiliates
- Generating the leads, following up with the clients and converting them
