As a **Digital Marketer **at **Promax Infosolutions, **specializing in Creative Designing (Graphics) and front-end development, you will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while considering the strategic objectives of digital marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and visual designs into interactive and responsive user interfaces.
- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for social media posts, ads.
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and perform usability testing to inform UI/UX decisions and improve user engagement.
- Continuously test and optimize social media strategies to improve performance and drive results.
- Optimize UI/UX designs and front-end code for search engine optimization (SEO) and better visibility.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify digital marketing opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in UI/UX design, front-end development, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in Creative designing (Graphic), front-end development, and digital marketing, preferably in a professional setting.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media management, SEO, content creation, and online advertising.
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality UI/UX designs and front-end code.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
- A positive attitude, a passion for creativity, and a desire to stay updated with the latest UI/UX design, front-end development, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver engaging user experiences aligned with digital marketing goals.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
