**Job Summary**:
The CAD Master is responsible for developing patterns, grading sizes, and calculating fabric consumption using CAD software. This role ensures technical accuracy and optimization in garment development, contributing to efficient sampling and bulk production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop digital patterns using CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Tukatech, Optitex, Lectra, etc.).
- Create accurate graded size sets as per buyer specifications or brand measurement charts.
- Perform fabric consumption calculations for costing and order planning.
- Digitize manual patterns and ensure data is properly stored and organized.
- Review and modify existing patterns based on fit trials and style changes.
- Ensure all patterns follow proper garment construction standards and manufacturing feasibility.
- Collaborate with designers, sample coordinators, and production planners to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare marker plans for sampling and production to optimize fabric utilization.
- Maintain organized pattern libraries and digital records.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to patterns, sizing, and consumption estimations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in CAD pattern making and grading in the garment industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software like Gerber, Lectra, Tukatech, or similar.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, sizing, and fabric properties.
- Knowledge of marker planning, lay planning, and fabric optimization techniques.
- Accuracy in spec interpretation and technical documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

**Education**:

- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or CAD Pattern Designing from a recognized institute.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office or CAD workstation environment within the sampling or production unit.
- Coordination with sampling and production teams may require occasional factory floor visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
