We have the 3 urgent opening for Fashion Designer for our Bhiwandi location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Development**:

- Create and develop seasonal collections in line with brand positioning and market demand.
- Design apparel, fabrics, prints, and accessories suitable for mass production in the têxtile industry.
- Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and trend forecasts.
- Develop CAD sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for sampling.
- **Market & Trend Research**:

- Conduct market research, study global/local fashion trends, and interpret consumer preferences.
- Visit exhibitions, fairs, and sourcing hubs to stay updated on fabric, trims, and design innovations.
- Translate trend forecasts into viable designs for têxtile manufacturing.
- **Sampling & Production Support**:

- Work with sampling units to develop prototypes and ensure design accuracy.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure quality, fit, and finishing standards in final samples.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with buyers, merchandising, and sales teams to understand requirements.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and collections to management and clients.
- Assist in vendor development for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- **Innovation & Creativity**:

- Experiment with new fabric finishes, embroidery, and surface ornamentation.
- Introduce sustainable design practices (eco-friendly fabrics, zero-waste design, etc.).
- Bring fresh and creative inputs aligned with brand positioning.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong fashion sense and knowledge of têxtile manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CAD tools).
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and têxtile techniques.
- Excellent sketching and presentation skills.
- Creativity with commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fashion Design / Textile Design from NIFT** (or equivalent premier institute).
- 2-5 years of experience in fashion/têxtile manufacturing industry (freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered).
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion collections, têxtile designs, and creative projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
