**Project** Description**:
The Change Management team is responsible for the planning and delivery of the strategic Change portfolio. The Change delivery portfolio is delivered across 8 key regional portfolios of work (Front Office, and Back Office which includes: Regulatory Compliance & Operations, Finance, Risk & Data, Human Resources, Technology, and Planning).

This vacancy is for a Project SOX Auditor focusing on Project Delivery Assurance

**Responsibilities**:

- In this role you will be responsible for:
- Review project documents and sign off is in place
- Ensure that minimum standard set by the Client's Project Governance Structure is followed
- Schedule, attend and minute the review meeting and ensure actions are tracked
- MI reporting to senior stakeholders
- Be a consultant to project managers to guide them on stage gates and deliverables
- Create PDLC deliverable framework/list with status

**Skills**:
Must have
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of audits and proven experience in this area
- Skills to analyse data and find out discrepancies proactively
- Good communication, assertive and analytical

Nice to have
- Preferred:
- Banking Experience
- Experience of supporting -mainly Waterfall project
- Experience with SOX (very desired)

English: C2 Proficient
