**Job Overview**

The IT SOX Auditor will be assisting with planning, and reporting on our compliance implementation across IT and business and ongoing work to ensure the organization can provide timely certification of compliance.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the execution of the IT SOX project plan, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all stages of the IT SOX program.
- Assist in creating and maintaining all documentation relevant to IT SOX program such as walkthroughs, testing and controls evaluation.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with the IT management teams of all major functional areas as well as external auditor, ensuring a deep understanding of key risks and processes of the organization.
- Ensure any internal control deficiencies are identified, remediated and re-tested.
- Support quarterly controls self-assessment process.
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of SOX system to ensure tracking and reporting.
- Some travel may also be required for this position.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Have proven experience in a recent position as an IT Auditor of Public Companies in a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent experience in SOX IT program in a public company environment
- Professional certification such as CISA, CPA, CIA or willingness to pursue professional qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and analytical skills.

**“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience**
- Audit Board (formerly SOXHUB) SOX compliance software experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP RAR.
