We are hiring _Telecalling Executive_

**Requirements**:

- Good Proficiency in English Language is must.
- Good Communication skill
- freshers can also apply.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Handles incoming and outgoing calls

2. Respond to customer queries in polite, friendly and professional manner.

3.Required to meet agreed target on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

4. Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmation, rescheduling, retention, online appointment and other related outbound activity.

5. Informed patients about new products, treatment and service

6. Comply with all other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

7. Maintain customer complaint/Suggestion log

8. Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of his/her job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tellecalling Executive (preferred)
- Telecalling Executives (preferred)

**Language**:

- Good Proficiency in English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
