**Making calls**Telecallers make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. They also manage incoming calls and resolve customer issues.
- **Building relationships**Telecallers build rapport with potential customers and foster relationships with existing customers.
- **Presenting products**Telecallers present products or services to potential customers, detailing their advantages and encouraging customers to make a purchase or arrange appointments.
- **Collecting customer information**Telecallers organize customer information within databases and collect data on the impacts of the company's merchandise or services.
- **Reporting**Telecallers make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling. They also report analysis and observations to the team lead.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,500.00 per month
