Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Night Shift Hybrid )

Experience: 4+yr on Bench Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, specializing in the US market.

Focus on Bench Sales, managing the complete sales lifecycle from identification to closure.

Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify top-tier IT talent.

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

Requirements:Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on Bench Sales.

In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, particularly the US market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a night shift environment.

Familiarity with current technologies and IT industry trends.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Recruiting: 4 years (preferred)
- Bench SalesRecruiter: 4 years (preferred)
- US IT Recruiter: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu
