**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and install mechanical components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate fitting and alignment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient completion of projects within specified timelines.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, making adjustments or recommending solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines during all fitting and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and equipment history.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary materials and supplies for projects.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and workplace safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical fitting is a plus.
- 0-3 years of experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and components.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols and practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy components.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
