**Key Job Responsibilities**
**of a Fitter & Turner in a Manufacturing Company**:
- Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machine tools to shape metal parts.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise dimensions using hand and power tools.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate components.
