As an **Executive Associate to Founders**, you will work closely with the leadership team, providing high-level support across operations, and execution. This role is a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of building and scaling a startup while contributing directly to its success.

**Role Overview**

The Executive Associate will serve as a trusted partner to the Founders, driving critical initiatives, managing cross-functional operations, and ensuring smooth execution of key priorities. This position requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Strategic & Founder Support**
- Work directly with the founders on operations, and execution.
- Conduct market research, prepare reports, and present insights to guide key initiatives.
- Manage special projects and track progress on organizational priorities.

**2. Partnerships Management**
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate growth.
- Manage ongoing relationships and ensure delivery on commitments.

**3. GCM Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of Geriatric Care Managers (GCMs).
- Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and timely resolution of issues.

**4. Care Coordination**
- Facilitate seamless communication between families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- Anticipate challenges and ensure continuity of care services.

**5. Customer Success & Experience**
- Take ownership of client satisfaction and handle escalations with empathy.
- Design and implement processes to enhance client retention and referrals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Based in **Bangalore**, with flexibility to travel as required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with mínimal guidance.
- Prior experience in **healthcare, partnerships, or customer-facing roles** is an advantage.
