The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the shipping of imports and exports.

**Essential Functions**
- Facilitate the shipping of goods from one destination to another.
- Prepare documents for import and export.
- Prepare and maintain duty recredit sheets.
- Prepare BOE list and submit along with relevant documents to necessary financial institutions.
- Prepare shipping bill list and submit along with relevant documents to necessary financial institutions.
- Coordinate as necessary with CHA and other shipping agents.
- Work with EPC Section and STPI for necessary approvals.

**Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills**
- 2+ years' experience in a logistics department conducting at least a majority of the essential functions of this role.
- A Bachelor’s degree or any relevant education in a related field is a plus.

**Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements**
- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
