This is a remote position.

Responsibilities and duties:

- Should be expert in preparing daily based journal entries.
- Manage all day to day Purchase transactions, Bills Payable & receivable of the organization.
- Monthly Account Management Reports
- End to End Bookkeeping & Year-End Finalization work.
- Should have extensive knowledge about Quickbooks software.
- Opportunity to learn new Cloud Accounting Software and Addons.
- Expert in balance sheet, profit & loss A/c and tally prime and all statutory complaints; GST, TDS, ESF, PF etc.
- Check employees attendance and manage employees payroll at the end of each month.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of excel spreadsheets and accounting software
- Should have completed studies with B.Com or M.Com
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Total 1 yr work experience with Quickbooks software
