**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach**: Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, and other recruitment events. Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution’s programs and initiatives.
- **Workshops and Information Sessions**: Organize and conduct information sessions and workshops for prospective students and families to help them understand the admissions process and available financial aid options.
- **Data Entry & Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring all documentation is entered into the admissions database.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with faculty, academic departments, and other teams to ensure prospective students have the most up-to-date information about academic offerings, scholarships, and campus life.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, higher education, or student services is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and faculty members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with admissions management software.
- Willingness to travel for outreach events and to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
