**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound queries for an e-commerce website. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing support through effective communication. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries via voice process
Resolve product or service-related issues in a professional manner
Provide information on orders, delivery, and returns for an e-commerce platform
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Update and manage customer records in the system
**Requirements**:
Strong verbal communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in US rotational shifts
Basic computer proficiency
