**Title: IT Recruiter Intern**
**Responsibilities**:
3. Collaborate with team members to understand hiring needs and priorities.
5. Learn about industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
7. Support in creating job postings and advertising roles on various platforms.
8. Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
9. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
10. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Interest in learning about IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
9. Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
10. Availability to work at least [number of hours or days] per week as per internship requirements.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From ₹144,547.03 per year
