We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Summer Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, human resources, and employee development, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the hiring process and contribute to the growth of our company.
What you will be doing- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms.Support interview preparation and debrief sessions.- Help with on-boarding tasks for new hires, including paperwork and orientation materials.- Collaborate with HR team members on recruitment strategies and best practices.- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting, such as maintaining records and databases.
Who you are and what you bring- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, and employee development.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Previous internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or learning & development is a plus but not required.
