Are you a highly motivated individual who loves working in a competitive environment? Our Inside Sales department at Y2A Strategies is expanding to include home security solutions offerings. We have an energetic, team-focused culture where growth and development are always top of mind. This position provides development sales experience for a motivated individual to move into a full sales cycle role.
As a Sales Setter, you will spend your time making outbound calls to existing/new customers who have expressed interest in receiving a quote on their home security solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop and flex your sales skills by asking meaningful questions enabling us to better serve our current customers and generate sales by scheduling on-site appointments.

**What We Offer**:

- Variety of schedules available, standard is Monday through Friday 7:00pm - 4:00 am.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Drive new customer acquisition by utilizing persuasive sales techniques on outbound sales calls to qualify prospects.
- Successfully completing our comprehensive sales training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems
- Consistently perform on a variety of key performance indicators including, exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
- Promote and sell Y2A Strategies products and services by emphasizing product features based on customers’ needs
- Build rapport and connect with potential customers - aims to turn every call into a sales opportunity

- Ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our CRM system simultaneously
- Previous customer service, inside sales or call center experience is a major plus
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year of international sales experience (USA Market)
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
