**Experience -** Min 5 Years to Max 9 Years in Supervising

**Qualification -** B.E. Mechanical Engineering

**Key Skills -**
- We are hiring CNC / VMC Shop Floor Production Supervisor.
- Oversee and manage all machining operations.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Lead, train and mentor a team of production workers and machine operators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including job orders, inventory levels and maintenance logs.
- Excellent manpower handling skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.

**Salary -** INR 27,000 to INR 30,000 Per Month.

**Timing -** 09:00AM To 07:00PM (General Shift)

This is a On role job with yearly bonus benefits.

Job location will be in Perungudi, OMR, Chennai.

Immediate joiners preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
