Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to oversee the operation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and experience working with CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines: Load and unload parts, set up machine parameters, and run production jobs.

  • Read and interpret blueprints: Understand technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate production.

  • Perform quality control checks: Inspect parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify and fix problems with CNC machines, such as mechanical issues or programming errors.

  • Maintain machine performance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines.

  • Collaborate with team members: Work with production team to meet production targets and ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CNC machines: Familiarity with CNC programming, setup, and operation.(preferred)

  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.

  • Attention to detail: Ability to accurately read blueprints and inspect parts.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines.

  • Communication skills: Effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in CNC machining: Certification in CNC programming, setup, or operation.(preferred)

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing setting: Work in a production environment with CNC machines.

  • Safety protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
