**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust tooling, fixtures, and equipment as necessary for optimal performance.
- Perform fabrication tasks, including grinding and welding, to meet production requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Utilise hand tools and mechanical knowledge for assembly and maintenance of machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Skills**
- Proficient in CNC operation with a strong understanding of machining principles.
- Experience in fabrication, grinding, welding, and working with sheet metal is highly desirable.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools and tooling techniques relevant to CNC operations.
- Basic mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations during production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
