**Job Title**: CNC & VMC Setter / Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- 10th / 12th Grade or Any Degree

**Salary**:

- ₹17,000 to ₹26,500 (based on knowledge and experience)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines in accordance with production specifications.
- Program and operate machines to produce parts with a high level of precision.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust controls to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct machine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation

**Programming & Setup**:

- Load and edit CNC and VMC programs using appropriate software (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Perform tool changes, alignment, and calibration of machines as required.
- Verify the program against drawing specifications, ensuring the correct material, tools, and fixtures are used

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Perform in-process quality checks and troubleshoot any discrepancies to meet quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of production, including inspection records, material usage, and work completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
